Madison Polymeric Engineering (MPE) is the area leader in profile cutting polyurethanes foam shapes up to 82” wide x 50” high. MPE’s profile shape system is a computer controlled, highly repeatable machine having multiple axis cutting capability. The benefit of having such a system enables us to provide straight polyurethane foam walls for very deep cases or crates and we can produce very small to very large production runs with minimal set up time. If you have a very large, sensitive product that you need to protect in shipment or need a quick prototype, which will be identical to a production run part…then MPE can help you with 1 part or 1 million parts.
